WHEREAS , the City Council adopted Council Files # 85- 569
(4/25/85) , said resolution being the Final Order n cessary to the
approval of certain sidewalk construction projec identified as
Finance and Management File No. S-11238 (both sides Chelsea Street
from Hoyt Avenue West to Idaho Avenue West) .
WHEREAS, said sidewalk project was not construct d, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the said sid walk project be
cancelled and rescinded from its Final Order .

The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the abo e improvement, due notice
thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter, and
WHEREAS, The Council has hcard all persuns, objections and recommendations pertaini g to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Pau1 does hereby order that the a uve-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with tlic mprovement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Ch pter 14 of the City Charter.
