RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a rel ase in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City ttorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and dir cted to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
l . Kenneth F. Morrison the sum of $322. 15 in full se tlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about Decemb r 2 , 1985 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Cla ' m filed in
the City Clerk' s office on January 31 , 1986.
2. Gary S. Denault the sum of $424. 12 in full settle ent of his
claim of damages sustained on or about December 2 , 1985 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim iled in the
City Clerk' s office on January 27, 1986.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY KENNETH F. MORRISON AND GARY S, DENAULT
On December 2 1985 a Cit of Saint Paul De artme t of Public

Works truck struck claimant, Kenneth Morrison ' s 197 Oldsmobile
which was parked in the Public Works parking lot t 891 North
Dale Street. Damage was sustained to the right fron fender and
headlight in the amount of $322. 15. This office pproves the
settlement of Mr. Morrison ' s claim in the amount of $322. 15.
On December 27, 1985 , near Como and Grotto in Saint Pa 1 , claimant
Gary S. Denault ' s vehicle was struck by a City of Sai t Paul snow
plow driven by Steve Rardin. The collision caused d mage to the
right rear of claimant ' s vehicle. This office pproves the
settlement of Mr. Denault' s claim in the amount of $42 . 12.
