Horatio Hornblower, Inc. at 535 N. Dale Street, be and the same is
hereby approved, provided that

(1 ) There shall be no operation under the authlrity of the
license at 535 N. Dale Street, St. Paul , w'thout prior
approval of the required bond by the Licen e Inspector
and the City Attorney, and
(2) That there shall be no transfer of the li nse to any
other location without prior approval of he City Council
as required by law.
