following stipulations:
1. The employee and customer parking spaces sha 1 be dimensioned
to 9' x 18' and delineated with painted line on the paved
surface.
Vehicle maneuvering lanes (minimum 20' wide) ust be maintained
to permit access to customer/employee parkin spaces and auto
storage area.
2. Vehicle storage and maneuvering area must be aved with asphalt
or concrete.
3. The vehicle storage area to the south of exi ting building shall
be enclosed by a 6'0" high obscuring fence.
