RESOLVED: That Application S01305 for a new Second Hand Dealer Motor Vehicle License
by Marvin Sayre DBA Arcade Motors at 666 Arcade Stre t be and the same is
hereby approved with the following stipulations:
1. The lot or area shall be provided with a permane t durable, dustless
surface and shall be graded and drained so as to dispose of a1T surface
water accumulated within`the area.
2. Vehicular access to outdoor sales area shall be t least 60' from the
intersection of any two streets.
3. No repair or refinishing shall be done on the lo .
4. The curb cut on Margaret Street shall be removed the boulevard
resodded, and a boulevard tree specified by the ity Forester
planted 30-35' from the intersection.
5. The visual screen at the east property line shall be constructed as
shown on the site plan and maintained in accorda e with Sec. 62.107.
6. The landscaping shall be provided as shown on th site plan, including
a hedge between the office and the south propert line that is
approximately 4.5' high, and this landscaping sh 11 be maintained in
accordance with Sec. 62.109(5) .
7. None of the cars for sale shall be parked or sto d on the street.
8. Two spaces shall be reserved for customer/employ parking, and these
two spaces shall not be occupied by used cars fo sa1e.
9. No more than 16 cars for sale shall be permitted pn the lot at any
one time.
l0. Any lights associated with the business shall be irected so as to
shine onto the lot and away from residential pro rty to the east
and south. They shall be operated in accordance ith Minnesota
Energy Agency rules.
