RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 77 . 02 (as am nded by
Ordinance No. 14662, approved December l, 1970) dealin with
Sewer Service Charges, the Council does hereby set a p blic
hearing on the proposed revised Sewer Service Charges or the
year 1986 to be held on March 27 , 1986 at 10:00 a.m. i the
Council Chambers, and the City Clerk is hereby directe to
publish notice of said hearing; the publication of whi h is to
be had at least seven days before the hearing.
