THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisi ns for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limi s of the City, be and hereby are approved including the elevations and g ades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in gra e occasioned by said construction; and �I BE IT FURTHER RESQLVED that the City does hereby agree to re ire the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate iimits of said City, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallei with he curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crossw lks on ail public streets intersecting said trunk highway; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are her by authorized to sign an agreement with the State for the mainte ance of sewer facilities constructed in conjunction with this project. .
