The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon t le above unprovement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and thatl the estimated cost thereof
;�g 500,000 , financed by Assessments $30,000; 1986 Wate Pollution Abatemeat
Funds $140,000; and State and Federal Gran s and Loans $330,000.
Sanitary sewer connections, atorm sewer co nections and water
mein connections will be aesessed at cost. '
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 8 th. _ day of ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Build g in the City of Saint PauL
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provide by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof a�estimated.
