Public Wo.rks . Said plat shall be filed and recorded within one
year of the effe�-�ive date of this resolution. F'ailure of the
petitioner to file said plat within the specified perioc� shall
result in a violation of this condi�ion and may result in the recision
and cancellation of this vacation.
4 . Tha�t a specific easement be retained within the vacated
area to protect the interest of Northern States Power Company Electric
Division.
5 . That a snecific easement be retained within the vacated
area to protect the interest of Continental Cablevision.
6 . That the Petitioner shall pay $8,156 . 00 as compensation
for this vacation. Said compensation shall be du� and payable
ti�ithin 60 days of the publication date of this resolution.
7 . That rhe petitioner, his successors or assigns, by acceptance
of the terms and conditions of this vacation, agrees to indemnify,
defend and save harmless the City of Saint Paul, its office.rs and
employees from all suits, actions or claims of any character, includ-
ing but not limited to a claim brought because of any injuries
or damages received or sustained on account of this vacation, by
any persons or property; or because of any act or omission; neglect
or misconduct of said petitioner; or because of any claims or liabil-
ity arising from or based on any violation of any law or regulation
rnade in accordance e�ith the law whether by the petztioner or any
of his aqents or employees .
