RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1. Dennis L. McMillen and Henrietta Kruse the sum of $617. 31 in
full settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or about
January 2 , 1986 , as more particularly set out in the Notice of
Claim filed in the City Clerk' s office on January 21 , 1986.
2. Chadco Corporation the sum of $268 . 38 in full settlement of
its claim of damages sustained on or about September 24 , 1985 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk' s office on October 28 , 1985.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY DENNIS L. McMILLEN AND HENRIETTA
KRUSE; and CHADCO CORPORATION
Claimants , Dennis McMillen and Henrietta Kruse, request payment
for damages to their vehicle which were incurred when their car
was struck by a City of Saint Paul police squad at Arcade and
Minnehaha on January 2 , 1986. The squad was driven by Officer
Bev Hall . This office approves the settlement of their claim in
the amount of $617. 31.
Claimant, Chadco Corporation (McDonald' s ) at 1165 Prosperity,
Saint Paul , Minnesota, requests reimbursement for damage to a
sign which was struck by a City of Saint Paul , Department of
Public Works truck on September 24, 1985. This office approves
settlement of Chadco Corporation ' s claim in the amount of $268. 38.
