to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
l . Thomas Hawkins the sum of $640. 90 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about November 7, 1985 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk' s office on December 3 , 1985.
2. John J. Gelao the sum of $262. 10 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about October 24 , 1985 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk' s office on January 23, 1986.
3. Tim Blodgett the sum of $817. 98 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about January 6 , 1986 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk ' s office on January 23 , 1986.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY THOMAS HAWKINS, JOHN J. GELAO,
AND TIM BLODGETT
Claimant, Thomas Hawkins, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Community Services,
Division of Health, vehicle on November 7, 1985. The driver of
the City vehicle was Yvonne Rush. Mr. Hawkins vehicle was damaged
in the amount of $640. 90. Mr. Hawkins ' claim has been settled in
the amount of $640. 90.
Claimant, John J. Gelao, requests reimbursement for damages to
his automobile which he sustained when a No Parking sign fell
against his automobile while it was parked in the Police Department
parking lot. The vehicle was damaged in the amount of $262. 10.
Mr. Gelao ' s claim has been settled in the amount of $262. 10.
claimant, Tim Blodgett, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Police, vehicle on
January 6, 1986. The driver of the City police squad was Patrick
Kellerman. Mr. Blodgett' s vehicle was damaged in the amount of
$817. 98. Mr. Blodgett ' s claim has been settled in the amount of
$817. 98.
