RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1 . Oxygen Service Company and The Home Insurance Company the sum
of $3 , 464 . 19 in full settlement of their claim of damages sus-
tained on or about November 6 , 1984 , as more particularly set
out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City Clerk' s office on
March 13 , 1985.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
OXYGEN SERVICE COMPANY AND THE HOME
INSURANCE COMPANY
Claimant, Oxygen Service Company, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works,
vehicle on November 6, 1984 . Driver of the City vehicle was John
Zibley. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle.
Oxygen Service Company was insured by the Home Insurance Company
w�hich made payment on its insured' s claim and has a subrogated
interest in this matter. Their claim has been settled in the
amount of $3 , 464. 19.
