Driver of the City vehicle was John Zibley. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. Oxygen Service Company was insured by the Home Insurance Company w�hich made payment on its insured' s claim and has a subrogated interest in this matter. Their claim has been settled in the amount of $3 , 464. 19.
