Council Resolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution be further amended in Section I, Holidays, Subsection 3 so that said Section shall read as follows: "If an employee entitled to a holiday is required to work on Martin Luther King Day, Washington' s and Lincoln's Birthday, Christopher Columbus Day, or Veterans' Day, he shall be granted another day off with pay in lieu thereof as soon thereafter as the convenience of the department permits, or he shall be paid on a straight time basis for such hours worked, in addition to his regular holiday pay.
