Resolution C.F. 254108 approved May 19, 1971, did vacate certain
public land located in the City of Saint Paul, and specifically
described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the center lines
of existing South Wabasha Street and existing West
Fillmore Avenue, thence North 30 degrees 20 ' West,
along the center line of said South Wabasha Street

Use which are attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
B$ IT FORTHER R$SOLVSD, that upon passage of this resolution
the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file a copy
of this resolution for recording in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Ramsey County.
