to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1 . Kathy Buzay the sum of $25. 00 in full settlement of her claim
of damages sustained on or about December 5 , 1985 , as more
particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City
Clerk ' s office on December 17, 1985.

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL

On December 5, 1985 , Saint Paul Police Sgt. Roeder was investigat-
ing a burglary at the homeof claimant, Kathy Buzay. Sgt. Roeder
leaned back on one of Ms. Buzay' s dining room chairs and broke a
leg on it. The chair was damaged in the amount of $25. 00.
