Council File # \'ZO Resolution # Green Sheet # 39Q�� Presented Referred To Committee: Date RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE O� A STATE GRANT FOR THE MOVE AND REHABILITATION OF THE DAFIL HOUSE WIiEREAS, the State of Minnesota during the construction of the revenue building, caused the removal of a small historic house, called the "Dahl Aouse"; and WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota agreed to partially fund the move and rehabilitation costs of the house; and WI3EREAS, the West SeventhlFort Road Federation (WSFRF) has been authorized by the State, to move the Dahl House to the Brewery Neighborhood in District 9 and rehabilitate the house for sale to a low or moderate income person; and WI�EREAS, the City of Saint Paul will serve as the fiscal agent for the project which includes the receipt and disbursal of $60,000. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, that the City hereby authorizes the acceptance of the State grant; and FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the City's Director of Planning and Economic Development is hereby authorized and directed to sign an agreement with the State of Minnesota and perform any other dufies necessary to fulfill the agreement; and FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the Brewery Neighborhood Budget is Amended as 3dentified below.
