Keefe the sum of $190. 31 in full settlement of his claim of damages sustained on or about December 2 , 1985 , as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City Clerk' s office on December 11 , 1985. 4 . JOHNSON AND MSI INSURANCE; JAMES E. KELLEY; PATRICK D. KEEFE; and RAMALEY PRINTING On November 2 , 1985 , near_ Roert and Morton Streets , a vehicle driven and owned by claimant, Loretta Johnson, struck an ulit and downed barricade. This barricade was placed in the street by the , City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works, and there had been numerous problems with its placement prior to Ms. Johnson' s accident. As a result of the impact, Ms. Johnson ' s car was damaged in the amount of $266. 87 of which her insurance company, MSI, paid her $26. 87. On or about December 7, 1985 , personal proeprty in claimant, James Kelley' s vehicle was taken while in the custody of the Saint Paul Police Department Impound Lot. The reasonable value of his proeprty is $114. 00. This office has a reached settlement in that amount. On December 2 , 1985, a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works , snowplow driven by employee Joseph Muellner struck a snow covered, parked vehicle owned by claimant, Patrick Keefe. Damage to Mr. Keefe ' s vehicle was in the amount of $380. 62 and a compromise settlement was reached with Mr. Keefe for $190. 31. On or about June 11 , 1984, the Saint Paul Election Bureau ordered the printing of ballots from Ramaley Printing. A dispute arose over payment of the charges for printing by the I. B.E. W. Local Union. A compromise settlement to pay Ramaley Printing $352. 00 was reached by the City of Saint Paul .
