RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1 . Brenda J. Wells the sum of $220. 37 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about December 7, 1985 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the
City Clerk' s office on December 26, 1985.
2 . Earl Foster the sum o£ $61. 48 in full settlement of his claim
of damages sustained on or about December 23 , 1985 , as more
particularly set out in the Notice of claim filed in the City
Clerk ' s office on January 7, 1986.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY BRENDA J. WELLS AND EARL FOSTER
On December 7, 1985 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public
Works , snowplow driven by employee, Darrell Lewis , made a right
turn from Fisk onto Aurora. In the process, Mr. Lewis stuck a
parked vehicle owned by claimant, Brenda Wells. As a result of
the impact, Ms. Wells ' car was damaged in the amount of $220. 37.
This office has settled Ms. Wells ' claim for $220. 37.
On December 23 , 1985, a City of Saint Paul , Department of Fire
and Safety Services, driven by employee Robert Flanagan clipped
the mirror on a stopped vehicle owned by claimant, Earl Foster.
Mr. Foster ' s vehicle was damaged in the amount of $61 . 48. This
office has settled Mr. Foster ' s claim for $61 , 4$.
