to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l . Paige J. Reinhardt the sum of $444. 00 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about December 8 , 1985 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk' s office on December 13 , 1985.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT pAUL

On or about December 7, 1985 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of
Public Works , plow was plowing the street in front of 704 Eat
Hoyt Avenue. While plowing, the sewer catch basin was knocked
out of place on the boulevard and covered wtih snow. On December
8, 1985, claimant Paige Reinhardt, the owner of 704 East Hoyt,
was using his snowblower to remove snow from the sidewalk and
carriage walk when his snowblower struck the raised manhole
cover. Mr . Reinhardt ' s snowblower was damaged as a result and
the cost of the repair is $444. 00.
