to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
property City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
l . Frank Saete the sum of $82. 00 in full settlement of his claim
of damages sustained on or about October 21 , 1985 , as more
particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City
Clerk's office on October 30 , 1985 .

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY FRANK SAETE
Claimant, Frank Saete, requests reimbursement for damage to his
clothing which occurred on October 21 , 1985, while he was working
as a City of Saint Paul tree trimmer. A hydraulic hose broke on
the saw that Mr. Saete was using. The City does not check these
hoses unless an employee brings it to the attention of the depart-
ment equipment services division. This office has made a settlement
with Mr. Saete in the amount of $82. 00.
