to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper�y City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1 . Stanley B, Donsker the sum of $352. 29 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about December 3 , 1985 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk' s office on December 10, 1985.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY STANLEY B. DONSKER
On December 3 , 1985 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public
Works , snowlow driven by Vern Drake struck a legally parked
vehicle on Sheridan Avenue in Saint Paul. The vehicle was owned
by claimant, Stanley Donsker, and the damage to his vehicle was
$352. 29. This office settled Mr. Donsker ' s claim in the amount
of $352. 29.
