settlement of its claim of damages sustained on or about

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
CHICAGO & NORTH WESTERN TRANSP. CO.
On December 5 , 1985 , a vehicle owned by claimant, Chicago & North
Western Transp. Co. , was improperly towed for a snow emergency on
private proeprty. As a result, the owner paid $53. 90 to get this
vehicle from the Saint Paul Impound Lot. We have settled this
claim in the amount of $53. 90.
