An administrative Resolution amending the Salary
Plan & Rates of Compensation Resolution regarding
accounting for the earning of vacation.
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution be amended
in Section I (one) , Salaries Payable, Subsection H, Vacation, to read as follows:
"H VACATION--In each ea�er�ela� fiscal year (IRS payroll reporting year) ,
each regular or provisional employee, except those in the Fire
service, shall be qranted vacation at the rate of eighty hours
per year. After five years of full-time service each such
employee shall be granted vacation at the rate of one hundred
twenty hours per year. After fifteen years of full-time service
each such employee shall be granted vacation at the rate of one
hundred sixty-eight hours per year. After twenty-five years of
full-time service each employee shall be granted vacation at the
rate of one hundred seventy-five hours per year.
