RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. Maher M. Makky the sum of $696. 38 in full settlsment of his
property damage claim for damages he sustained on or about
August 2 , 1985, as more particularly set out in the Notice
of Claim filed in the City Clerk's office on September 11 ,
1985.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MAHER M. MAKKY
On August 2 , 1985 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Fire and
Safety Services, vehicle driven by City employee Gary Skoglund
rear ended a stopped vehicle on Lexington near I-94. The vehicle
was driven and owned by claimant, Maher Makky, and as a result of
his vehicle sustained property damage in the amount of $696 . 38.
We are settling Mr. Makky' s property damage claim only.
