out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to :
1 . Clarence W. Sorenson the sum of $150. 00 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about May 20 , 1985 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the
City Clerk ' s office on July 17, 1985.

M E M O R A D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY CLARENCE W. SORENSON
On May 20, 1985 , claimant Clarence 5orenson tripped and fell over
a raised City of Saint Paul sidewalk near 1618 Selby Avenue. Mr.
Sorenson was injured as a result of his fall and incurred medical
- expenses as a result in the amount of $452. 00. Our office reached
a compromise settlement with Mr. Sorenson for his claim in an
amount of $150. 00.
