RESOLVED, The Department of Community Services and the Department of �inance and Management Services has the authority to transfer excess fund balance as necessary to close out Funds Number 375 and 389 . RESOLVED FURTHER, The PIR Fund has the authority to purchase valid accounts and assessments receivable from Funds 375 and 389 . FINALLY RESOLVED, When two funds are closec� out any excess money deposited in the PIR account be reserved for the City's stump removal program and that the Department of Community Services requests that the City Council authorize by Council resolution � the expenditure of the PIR balance during 1986. 1 .
