Paul Administrative Code, R��endix 14, and shall es�ablish its own procedures for opera�ion in compliance vvith said sta�ute and City coc�e ; FURTHER RESOLVED, �hat �the Task Force shall repor� �to �the City Council on a quarterly basis regarding its activi�ies, accornplishments and recommenda�ions. Each quarterly report shall include breakdowns on �total allocations from the utili�y per program, numioer of u'cility customers served, nuniper of low income utili�ty custo�ners served�, number of ren�Cal utility custorners served, as well as par�Cicipation expressed as a p�rcen�tage of the 'cotal number of customers who are eligi�le for the programs.
