WHEREAS, On September 10, 1985, the Saint Paul City Council approved the
final order for improving BURLINGTON RDAD from Springside Drive to Totem
Road; and
WHEREAS, Current city procedures provide for parking bans to be
implemented through a Traffic Coordinating Unit (TCU); and
WHEREAS, Current Department of Transportation procedures require a
Councll Resolut�on approving such parking bans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That parking be banned on the
northeasterly side of BURLINGTON ROAD from Springside Drive to Totem
Road.
