Paul Legislative " Code. . THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Sections 47.02 , 47.03 and 47.06 of the St. Paul Legislative Code are amended by deleting therefrom, wherever the same appear, the terms "supervisor of code enforcement" and "supervisor" and substituting, in lieu and in place thereof, the terms "building code officer" and "officer," respectively. Section 2. , That Seetion 47.03 of the St. Paul Legislative Code is further amended by deletin� subdivision 3 therefrom, requiring a cash deposit, in its entirety. Section 3. That Section 47.07 of the St. Paul Legislative Code is amended to read as follows : ° �� 47.07. /�'ITY MAY ACT IF PERMIT REVOKED.�' If for any reason the permit shall be revoked, t'Fie proper city officials are hereby authorized, on behalf of the city, to take any steps necessary for the completion of the _ moving operation.
