WHEREAS , The Council of the City of Saint Paul did pass
Ordinance No . 17157 , on August 30, 1984, wherein the Director
of the Department of Community Services was authorized to
make rules for the use of Saint Paul park ; and
WHEREAS , Said rules were adopted by the Council by
resolution 84 .940 ; and
WHEREAS , The Director of Community Services has
proposed that the rules for the use of Saint Paul parks by
snowmobiles be amended ; now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that
the attached section , 3 . 8 Snowmobiling, be amended to
prohi bit snowmobi 1 i ng��f.laan�d .�t�e of thi s resol uti on to Apri 1
30 , 19 86 � and thereafter section 3.8 will be in force and effect.
