WHEREAS: Fitzgerald's of St. Paul Inc. F� Sibley Apartment Redevelopment Co.
(David Ariz, Board of Directors) On Sale Liquor licensee at
366 Jackson Street (Galtier Plaza) , dba Fitzgerald's, has requested
permission for the temporary extension of the service area for
January 10, 1986, from 7:00 P.M, to 1:00 A.M., be it therefore
RESOLVED: That the area for the service of liquor be and the same is hereby
extended to include the Palm Court area on the second floor.
