Voting In the Matterof $cquiring certain property to construct a pedestrian Bridge over
Ward the Burlington NorChern Railroad tracks to connect Beaumont Street to
6 & 7 Swede Hollow Park. Property to be described as follows:
1. Lot 1, Block 7, Irvines Second Addition
2. A 20 foot wide permanent pedestriaa bridge (1�1. HI�1YY. Department
Bridge No. 93684) easement on, over and across B�trlington Northern
Railroad Company right-of-way lying between Lot 1, Block 7, Irvines
Second Addition to Saint Paul and part of tract shawn as �later Power
Reservation centered along a line described as follows:
Ca�encing at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 5, Block 7, Irvines
Second Addition to Saint Paul, thence easterly on north line of said
Block 7 along an assumed bearing North 89 degreea, 10 miautes, 21 seconds
East, a distance of 176.5 feet to a point, said point being the North-
. west corner of Lot 7, Block 1, Irvines Second Addition to Saint Paul
which is point of beginning of line to be described thence South 27
degreee, 7 minutes, 9 seconds East; and is shown shaded in yellow as
Exhibit "'C2'� attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
3. Permanent slope easements as shown, shaded in blue, on Bxhibit "C2R' of
the Swede Aollow Pedestrian Bridge Agreement attached hereto and in-
corporated herein by reference.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no aiternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 3,700.00 . charged to 63001-881-000 (L-7740)
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of
April, 1985 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
