Voting In the Matter of improving Tenth Street fran Robert 5treet to Sibley Sireet
Ward by grading and paving from Jackson Street to Sibley Street and a
bituminous overlay frono Jackson Street to Robert Street. Also
Z installation of an ornamental street lighting sqstem in Tenth
Street from Robert Street to Sibley Strcet and doing all other
work necessary and incidental to aaid improvement.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
�g 221,000 , financedby 1985 Public Improvement Aid $10,000; 1985 Municipal
State Aid $187,000; Bonde $6,000 and 1985 Capital Improvement Bonds $18,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said'unprovement on the 9th day of April, 19$5 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the CouncIl Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
