Voting In the Matter of improving Sheperd Road �nd the abutting Frontage Road fran
Ward 1400 feet Qast of Chestnut Street to 400 feet west of Chestnut Street
2 by constructing a bituminous overlay on existing concrete pavement,
constructing catch basins, revisi�g the signel and lighting system,
constructing turn slots, and doing all other work necessary and in-
cidental to saidimprovement. All of this work is temporary conetruc-
tion to reduce the number of accidents.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 258.000 , financed by 1983 County Aid Funds.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9� day of April, 1985 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
