RESOLVED: That Application R16419 for an On Sale i�iquor License, applied
for by Meaxs Park Development Company at 366 Jackson Street,
be and the same is hereby approved, provided that
(1) There shall be no operation under the authority of the license
at 366 Jackson Street, St. Paul, without prior approval of the
required bond by the License Inspector and the City Attorney,
and
(2) That there shall be no transfer of the license to any other
location without prior approval of the City Council as required
by law.
