WHEttEAS, the Qayton's Bluff District 4 Community Council was
required to move from 279 Cypress Street, a community facility,
because of the asbestos hazard; and
WHEREAS, the Dayton's Bluff District 4 Community Council was
unable to find space at the same rental rate after a 1ong, careful
search; and
�dHEREAS, the new space requires �650.00, one ha1f (�325a00)
of which can be taken care of by District 4's line i�em revisions,
but one-half cannot; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that $325.00 of Community Development Block Grants (CDBG)
funds will be added to District 4's approved Citizen Participation ,
Budget total for period of July 1 , 1984, through June 30, 1985, to
assist in paying the additional rent amount.
