Voting In theMatter of installin� approximately 100 double lantern style decorative
Ward �ighting System in the following project area:
1 Both sides of Grand Avenue fr�a 260 feet west of Victoria to 100
feet east of Dale,
Both sides of Victoria Street fran 150 feet north of Grand to 150
feet south of Grand,
West side of St. Albans Street from Grand to 150 feet north of Grand
and
Eaat side of Dele Street from Grand to 150 feet north of Grand.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
�$ 360,000 , financedby Assess�enta $210,000 and Neighborhood Partnership
Program Grant (NPP) $150,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2nd day of Anril� 1985 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
