Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Currently Mounds Park Lounge, Inc. holds an On Sale Liquor,
Sunday Liquor, and an Entertainment License issued to them
at 1067 Hudson Road, doing business as Mounds Park Lounge.
Matthew L. Pilla is the sole officer and stockholder.
Proper notice has been received as to a change in the
officers. Lori Pilla has been added. Therefore, the
officers of the corporation are Matthew L. Pilla, President,
and Lori Pil1a Secretary-Treasurer. Matthew L. Pilla is the
sole stockholder.
This request has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division. The recommendation is for approval.
