WHEREAS, Dorothy Healy has submitted the attached proposed lot split for
City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and Public
Works have reviewed the proposed lot split at 2079 Dudley described as:
Parcel A: The North 155 feet of the West 64.0 feet of Lot 7,
Auditor's Subd. No. 63, subject to Hoyt Avenue over the North 30.0
feet thereof;

BRIEFING •
M�ost of the GREEN SHEET headings are designed to assist in
developing a precis of the decision which the attachments
represent. The headings are offered to remind users of some
of the more critical elements of this brief. .
The Financial Bud etar and Personnel Im acts heading provides
a space to explain the cost benefit aspects of the decision.
Costs and benefits relate both to City budget (General Fund and/or
Special Funds) and to broader financial impacts (cost to users,
homeowners or other groups affected by the action) . The personnel
impact is a description of change or shift of Full-Time Equivalent
(FTE) positions. �

B. SITE & AREA CONDITIONS: The lot has frontage on both Dudley Avenue and Noyt
Avenue. The existing house is addressed on Dudley Avenue.
C. MINIMUM LOT REQUIREMENTS: 50' of frontage for each lot; 6,000 sq. ft. of area
for each lot.
D. CURRENT WIDTH & AREA: 128.68' (Dudley and Hoyt) x 269.35 = 34,659.96 sq. ft.
E. PROPOSED WIDTH & AREA: Parcel A: 64' (Hoyt) x 125' = 8,000 sq. ft.
