RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby support and adopt as part of the 1985 Legislative Program
the following:
The City of Saint Paul supports special legislation authorizing
the Minneapolis/Saint Paul Housing Finance Board to act as
an official issuer of housing bonds under federal and state
law and regulations .
