furniture, planters, pedestrian lighting on North side of Ford
3 Parkway from Mississippi River Blvd. to 713.02 feet east of Kenneth
Street; South side of Ford Parkway from Mississippi River Blvd. to
587.13 feet east of Kenneth Street; West side of Cleveland Avenue
from 95.65 feet north of Scheffer Avenue to 265 feet south of Ford
Parkway and East side of Cleveland Avenue fro�n 240 feet north of
Elesnor Avenue to 222 feet south of Ford Parkway. Also improve
Ford Parkwsy fran Mississippi River Blvd. to Howell Street by
widening, overlaying , constructing concrete median, and doing all
other work necessary to complete said improvement. (City Project
85-P-0964B)
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 2,560,183 , financedbyAssessments 1,516,000; Neighborhood Partnership Program
Grant $234,000; 1984 Municipal State Aid $74,400; 1981 Municipal State aid $263,630;
1982 Municipal State Aid $37,369; 1983 Municipal State Aid $63,584; 1985 Municipal
State Aid $366,000 and 1985 County Aid $5,200.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the Sth day of March , 1985 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
