WHEREAS, The City Counc 1 adopted Council Files #280298 (dated
5/12/83), �84-844 (dated 6/26/8�, #84-845 (dated 6/26/84), �84-911 (dated
7/10/84) and �84-921 (dated 7/17/84) said resolutions being the Final Orders
necessary to the approval of certain sidewalk construction projects
identified as Finance and Management Files S-11075 (Both sides of Farrington
Street from Summit Avenue to Laurel Avenue), S-11180 (East side of Western
Avenue from Fort Road to north to Superior Street), 5-11174 (South side of
Pleasant Avenue from Chestnut Street to Walnut Street and West side of
Chestnut Street from Pleasant Avenue to Southeast 200 feet),
, and 5-11229
(West side Virginia Street at 107 Virginia Street only) .
Wi�RF,AS, Said sidewalk projects were not constructed, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the said sidewalk projects be
cancelled and rescinded fran their respective Final Orders.

1. 1/29/85 VACATION: Petition of J. Howard Broderius Trust, et al,
for the vacation of �art of Hubbard Avenue located
between Avon and Grotto Streets for the purpose of
industrial development (bounded by Avon, Burlington
Northern Railroad, Pierce Butler Rte. and N. Grotto).
Recommended approval.
2. t/29/85 fINAL ORDER: To decide on improving the following
' streets under the Residential Street Paving Program
(RSPP) by regrading, surfacing, constructing concrete
curb 8 gutter, improving stormwater drainage facilities,
constructing a modern lighting system, reconstructing
drives where necessary and incidental to said ,
improvements: HURON STREET - from Arlington to Hoyt, and
NEBRASKA AVENUE - from Hamline to Chelsea.
Recommended approval contingent upon street being wider
at Chelsea Heights School side.
3. 1/29/85 FINAL ORDER: To decide on improving the following
streets under the Residential Street Paving Program by
i regrading, surfacing, constructing concrete curb and
gutter, constructing an ornamental lighting system and
� reconstructing drives where necessary: ASHLAND AVENUE._-__ __
__ , from Dunlap to Lexington Parkway, and_PORTLAND AVENUE •- - _

4. 2/5/85 FINAL ORDER: To decide on improving the following
streets under the REsidential Street Paving Program by
regrading, surfacing, constructing concrete curb and
gutter, constructing an ornamental lighting system and
drives where necessary: BURGESS STREET and ST[NSON
STREET from Western Avenue to Galtier Street.
• Recommended approval.
5. 2/5/85 FINAL ORDER: To decide on improving the following
streets under the Residential Street Paving Program by
� regrading, surfacing, constructing concrete curb 8
gutter, conetructing an ornamental lighting system and
drives where necessary : ARUNDEL STREET - from Charles
to Thomas, CHARLES AVENUE - from Mackubin to Virginia,
and EDMUND AVENUE - from Arundel Street to Western
. Avenue.
• Recommended approval.

projects which were not constructed in 1984.
Recommended approval of cancellation of all orders with
the exception of the north stde of Summit Avenue which is
being considered by the �ummit Avenue Task Force.
