Voting In theMatter of improving the following streets under the Reaidential Street
Ward Paving Program (RSPP) by regrading, surfacing, constructing concrete
2 curb and gutter, constructing an ornamental lighting system and
drives where necessary:
CURTICE STREET - fraa Oakdale Avenue to Woodbury Street,
CURTICE STHEET - from Andrew Street to Lafayette Freeway,
MT. HOPE AVENUE - from Curtice Street to Sidney Street and
ANDREW STREET - from Curtice Street to Sidney Street.
The Councll of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 306,000 , financed by Caamnunity Development Year 11 and Community Develop-
ment Year 10.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 19th day of February, 1985 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
