Dear Mr. Olson:
Please consider this letter formal notification that the Dayton
Condominium Association wishes to appeal the decisions of the Board of
Housing Appeals with regard to variances which the Association requested
in order to obtain its renewal Certificate of Occupancy.
After the hearing, I learned that the course of action adopted by the
Board was not that recommended by staff due to a misunderstanding during the
hearing. Ms. Alice Pajani is checking with the Board chairman to determine
if the Board will allow the Association to proceed with her recommendation.
If this is allowed, the Association will not appeal the Board's decision.
P�s. Pajani is supposed to get in touch with me after she has spo:cen to the
Board chairman. I would therefore appreciate it if you would not place
the Association on the City Council agenda until I have received the necessary
information from Ms. Pajani. I will be in touch with you either way as soon
as I hear from her.
