This would mean an increase from $6.00 to $8.00. The last increase took place October 6, 1983. The proposed increase will allow for breakeven operation during 1985 for car volumes which approximate a normal year. A review of the attached printout will show the figuires used in the estimate. The current fiscal condition through year end will remain sound. This Resolution should continue the condition through 1985. Please return the signed instrument to me. 4lilliam H.
