I am writing in regards to an easement on a properiy that I purcliased appro�imately 1.5 years ago. At the
time of the purcl�se our 5fle search revealed a very old easement of which the sellers, Mait and Jenny
Forsgren, were not aware. This easement was directly below the garage and ihe city indi� that work
would need to be done as the sewer and water were never separatsd. In ordec to proceed with the sale az the
specified terms we established an escrow account of $5000 in the event the gara.�e had to be moved
The work reqaired was completed tlris Spring with a project known as"Various Sewer Repairs, City
Project No. 98-s-1868. Tlus project replaced the need for the sewer line covered with the existing easement
and should be able to be vacated at this point I was directad l�y Eail Cazlson to make tkus reqnest in
writing to have ffie easement vacaTed.
I would appreciaTe any assistance you can give me in completing tivs trausaction. Please feel free to
