RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
l . Robert A. Lissick the sum of $544 .80 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about December 10, 1984,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk ' s office on December 13 , 1984 .
2 . Louis Mudek the sum of $25 .00 in full settlement of her claim
of damages sustained on or about March 11 , 1984, as more
particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City
Clerk ' s office on June 6 , 1984 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY ROBERT A. LISSICK AND
LOUIS MUDEK
On December 10, 1984 a City of Saint Paul vehicle driven by City
employee Kenneth Feulner backed into a parked vehicle owned by
Robert Lissick. Mr. Feulner was backing out of the Dale Street
garage and did not see Mr. Lissick' s vehicle and struck it. Mr.
Lissick' s vehicle was damaged in the amount of $544. 80 and this
office approves the settlement of Robert Lissick's claim in the
amount of $544. 80.
On March 11, 1984 Louis Mudek was taken to St. Paul Ramsey De-
toxification Unit by St. Paul police but since it was filled,
Mr. Mudek was taken to St. Pau�. Ramsey Hospital by St. Paul
police. Mr. Mudek did not want to be treated at St. Paul Ramsey
Hospital and resisted treatment. Mr. Mudek was forcefully kept
at St. Paul Ramsey Hospital by .St. Paul Ramsey Hospital personnel
and St. Paul police. As a result of his treatment at St. Paul
Ramsey Hospital, Mr. Mudek received medical bills in the amount
of $102. 00 . This office approves the cornpromise settlement of
Mr. Mudek' s claim in the amount of $25. 00.
