THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section l. That Section 33.02, subdivision 3 of the St. Paul Legislative Code be and the same is renumbered subdivision 4. Section 2. That a new subdivision 3 is added to read as follows: Subd. 3. Cha�ter 5230 of the i�iinnesota Rules, as amended, is adopted by re�erence by the City of St. Paul and incor orated into this cha ter as if set , out in fu 1 and shall be the minimum standard used b� the Building Official in the inspeetion of high gressure piping system materials and construction. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its passage, approval and publication.
