RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund, G9070-511-000 , to Mark P. Friberg
the sum of $3 , 250.05 in full settlement of his claim of damages
sustained on or about July 4 , 1984, as more particularly set out
in the Notice of Claim filed in the City Clerk ' s office on
October 25 , 1984 .

" ' WHEREAS, Mark Phillip Friberg submitted a claim against the
City of Saint Paul for personal injuries sustainted by him as a
resuTt of an accident on City of Saint Paul property on July 4,
1984 .
WHEREAS, Mark Phillip Friberg' s claim was investigated by
the Saint Paul City Attorney' s office on behalf of the City of �
Saint Paul and found to be reasonable and just .
WHEREAS, a fu11 and final settlement in the amount of Three _�_
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and OS/100 Dollars ( $3 , 250.05 ) has
been agreed to by the parties and an executed release by Mark
Phillip Friberg has been approved by the Saint Paul City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to M. S. 466 .08 , the parties
request approval by the District Court for settlement in the
amount of Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and 05/100 Dollars
( $3, 250 .05 ) .
