The meeting was called to order at 1 :30 p.m. The minutes of
the November 13, 1984 meeting were approved as distributed to the
members in writing.
Chairman Glassman introduced Mr. W911iam Hite and weicomed him as
a new member to the Board. He said he is confident Mr.Hite will en,joy
working with them and his input to the group will be very
he 1 pfu 1 .
Chairman Glassman welcomed the appellants and asked them to state
their case and the city would explain their side. He said we are
here to help you iron out your code difficulties if we can.
The chairman, after some discussion with the board, asked the
secretary to draft a letter to John Connelly requesting a direct
line telephone to be installed for the 8oard of Appeals.
